Tascam DP-02 Digital Portastudio
by Randy Vradenburg For all of you “Pickers” out there, you need to hear yourself play to evaluate your own performance.

The best way to do that is with a multi-track recorder. If you are a beginner, you need to record the lesson your teacher has given you for the week to mark your progress. If you are an intermediate, you may want to record the chords and play the melody along with them. If you are advanced, you already know you need a multi-track recorder to build your creations one track at a time. This one machine, Tascam DP-02, is everything all three levels of students will need. It is cost effective, easy to use, and sounds great with quick and easy mastering to two tracks with overall reverb. It also has built in guitar effects and a metronome. After you are done recording, you can burn a CD right there off the machine! I have oneat the studio and my students love it. All of my advanced students have projects stored so we can work on them week to week. Their completed projects make great surprise gifts to the family and friends. Here is the link.
