by Randy Vradenburg, Headmaster Digitech's VERY cool Loop Machines The first thing you want to do when you learn something new is to apply it to see how it works, right? Well, DigiTech knows this too well! They have come up with the JamMan Loopers. Basically, these are recorders on the floor. What they allow you to do is to record, let’s say, a four chord change and have that change “loop,” or go around and around for as long as you want to practice. Just stomp the start/stop pedal to control duration. COOL! There are three models to choose from:
All three models will allow you to have 35 minutes of on-board looping in 99 slots (You can record a lot of changes!) and be able to start/stop. Also, you are able to record up to 16 hours with an optional SD card. From there, each unit differs with features.
